This bill creates a false marketplace for "carbon credits". It is a tax, it will be passed down to every citizen, every consumer. Our Government is out of control, they created a "nanny" state that limits peoples potential many years ago. Starting with social security and so on... The spirit of freedom and liberty is being destroyed. Our fore-fathers would be ashamed. Oh yeah, whatever happened to the Constitution? The bill of rights? I say if they want to institute this new tax, do it first at the state level. Lets see what happens. Say NO to Cap & Trade... Save us from many years of trying to fix our Republic through repealing these un-constitutional mandates from an over-powerful Federal Government that lies to the average citizen to increase its own power over all of US.
